Manufacturing engineer

As a Method Engineer you are part of the Cooler department of Airtec, but you are permanently employed in ITK.

Your main task consists of supervising the assembly and pressure testing of pressure vessels and their associated certification

Designing, improving production processes together with problem solving also belong to your task.

It also includes implementing, supervising and coordinating improvement projects.

You recognize job opportunities for these production processes and you manage to integrate them economically.

You also have good delivery reliability, high productivity and keeping the lowest possible stock.

Are you driven by technology and do you have an analytical capacity and creativity? You are a team player, punctual and customer-oriented.

You have at least the Master's degree in Industrial Sciences or similar experience.

You have knowledge of inspections regarding pressure vessels (ASME / PED regulations).

Knowledge of assembly techniques, coating and casting processes and the inspection of pressure vessels or the interest to acquire these competencies in the short term.

Airtec is a division within the Business Area Compressor Technique. The head office is located in Antwerp.

The divisional activities Engineering, Purchasing, Production and HR for the product range are situated in Wilrijk. There are also production units in China and America.
